If it happen that I chose you, I wouldn’t find the love that is for me.
Years may pass, I still remember the best and worst moments with you in our little hometown. This eerie feeling whenever I get the chance to visit the places we’ve been to. I know the same goes for you. It’s been a tough year since then, but somehow liberating, right?
I loved you. We kept on pushing that it’s true love but it happens that it’s not. Because love keeps no records of wrong. It really was hard to deny that our so called no label relationship was slowly tearing apart.
When was the last time our “I love you’s” were real? I can’t remember either. Because we became distant little by little just because of the seemingly innocent growing sin. It was the sin that kept us apart.
Forgiving you and myself was impossible. It became the seed of my pain and despair. It almost killed me. It was like a ‘me gone by in time that no longer existed. It seemed to me as in the dark realm of nothingness, that even there you can’t find me.
Then God intervened.
And I forgave.
