Keeping my Sanity

By

Have you ever felt wrong for saying no?

I did.

And it haunts me.

I’m already 24 that I genuinely decided to learn from my past experience from saying yes all the time.

And the moment I practice saying no, it keeps my sanity in place.

People surrounding me adjust to my nonresponsiveness, and it’s fine.

My friends learn when to invite me.

They learn to respect my boundary.

They learn to ask of my valuable time rather than assumes and confirm my attendance.

I learn not to disappoint myself, so I won’t disappoint others as well.

So it’s really okay to say no.
